Stefano Emanuele Ferrari was born and raised in Tirano (SO). He graduated as an accountant, commercial expert and programmer with top marks at IIS B. Pinchetti and found employment at the headquarters of Popolare di Sondrio. He performed his military service by first attending the 178th A.U.C. course in Aosta and then the 178th technical professional course for CC reserve officers in Rome; assigned to the 1st CC Piedmont Battalion with the role of platoon commander, following a two-year reappointment he assumed command in the vacant seat of the 1st Operational Company and then of the Command and Services Company, finally being placed on leave with the rank of lieutenant due to the end of his voluntary service. He graduated with honors in Communication Sciences, mass communication program at the University of Turin, working in the last years of his studies as a tennis instructor at the Palace Hotel Pizzomunno in Vieste and as a model in Milan, Paris and Vienna, represented by the fashion agencies Riccardo Gay, Click, Stella and Beatrice. After graduation he devoted himself to writing and photography, working occasionally as a steward and tour leader for various event agencies and working seasonally as an assistant and responsible tourist assistant for the Italian tour operators Viaggi del Ventaglio, Veratour, Viloratour, Alpitour, Eden Viaggi in the locations of Ibiza, Fuerteventura, Crete, Marsa Alam, Mykonos, Mauritius, Formentera, Pila, Santorini. He published the novel Dove Danzano gli angeli (1st ed. Il Filo, 2008), the poetry collection Amore, ponti e altre poesie (Tgbook, 2009), the photography book Lady Formentera (Tgbook 2010), the theatrical drama Oltre l’inverno (Tgbook, 2013) and published two limited edition author books, La grande festa (then Il grande bluff, 2015) and Simbalò, il giovane Leone (2016). He visited Cuba, Mexico, the United States, Colombia, Brazil, India, managing the Italian and Spanish language incoming of the Azzurro Travel travel agency in Mykonos for five summers. In 2020, he enrolled in the degree course in Modern Philology at the University of Bergamo and began teaching: he worked as an ITP teacher in computer science and technology at the IC L. Galvani, at the ITT and Liceo Scientifico E. Molinari and as a support teacher at the G. Gastel art school in Milan and at the ICC C. Cantù in Milan. He graduated with honors in comparative modern cultures with a thesis on Andrea G. Pinketts (A preacher dressed as a saltimbanco, supervisor Marco Belpoliti, 2023) and in the 2024/2025 school year he taught Italian language and literature and history at the IIS Frisi in Milan. He manages the art space quintopiano.
